A familiar place , person or thing can sometimes become a hindering factor. The normal facets of everyday life will all at once turn turbulent leaving you in a state of  uncertainty and loss .  You began to feel empty and unsure , desperately searching for a place of refuge . It is then that you accept anything that provides a sense of false hope and assurance . Never really satisfied with life you continue seeking for that instant gratification and hoping that one day you will gain way more than you’ve lost . Tragedies and circumstances arise often but you never have to settle because the “joy of the Lord is our strength ” .

If you truly wish to obtain peace , love and happiness you have to first accept that there is a problem . Once you have acknowledged the root of your issues you then have to be wiling to let it go . Holding on to past problems take charge of your very existence as it devours you whole. Reclaim your life and let go of the past , after all it’s gone forever . Today is new and it’s offering you a second chance to redemption . Claim your reward to a new found freedom and allow yourself to be released from all that binds you . Never look back , stay focused and keep on the path . Nothing but happy thoughts over here , keep the negativity completely locked out .

There is never a time that the Heavenly Father will refuse to care for our needs and even our desires . All he asks for in return is to trust him and have a little faith , Psalms 46:10 says “Be still and know that I am God ” .  Just sit back let him take the wheel as you enjoy the ride.

Sometimes we have to take a moment to step back from everything and everyone in our lives in order to maintain complete sanity. It is so important to have a calmness in the midst of your trials and tribulations in order to see your way through.  Like a ship that’s being tossed to and fro out on the raging seas , you must be willing to roll with the chaotic flow in order to save yourself . Often times we take our troubles as a sign of weakness as if we are suppose to be shut off from being happy but always in despair . This is a sad reality that many believers share and as a result people on the outside looking in have no desire to accept God into their hearts.

Everything that you go through is not meant to be a sign of punishment , but a strategic diversion to get you to a place of Gods’ divine design .  Psalms 59:16 tells us to sing aloud about the power of God and all his mercy that he provides everyday , because he has and always will be our defense and refuge . Galatians 5:1 tells us to stand fast in the liberty where Christ has made us free and you don’t have to ever be caught up again in any type of bondage .

One thing you can be certain of  is that you will never be the only person having problems or going through life’s uncertainties , your troubles are a revolving door to your success and you need not be afraid to go inside because that same door will lead you out again . Stand back and look at what is happening in your life . Ask God to allow you to see clearly as you proceed to launch forward , because nothing here on earth last forever it is just a test of your faith .

Sometimes in life you have to make a choice to make a change , to take a chance to be a better you , to make a transition . To transition is a process by which a person permanently adopts the outward or physical characteristics of the thing by which they identify .

At some point in my life I began to see things change right before my eyes and I no longer wanted to hold on to my norm . I longed for something better than what I was use to , a change was needed because I needed to exhale . Feelings of being overwhelmed and smothered by everything was beginning to take its toll . I think I was beginning to loose myself , and no matter what I did I was still empty and still searching.

One night I got to thinking about my life and I got so sad in my spirit , I was torn and broken hearted and the tears began to fall as my body got so heavy . I was so sad it was as if I was having a breakdown , I couldn’t breathe .  It was then that the spirit told me to relax and breathe . I realized that I needed to make a change and find my reason to exist , to uplift myself and be renewed . It was time to become a new creature in Christ and to step into my destiny because peace was where I longed to be .

Let go of all the things that hold you down , stealing the very life from you and making you weak and feeble minded .  Reaching out to Gods unchanging hand and letting him take you into a new walk of life is the best thing for you. I can accept all that God has to offer me now because I decided to give all that I have to him .  The power of God is so amazing , he takes our pain and uses it to our advantage giving us an opportunity to new hope , joy , and peace of mind . No more feeling useless and alone , down with despair and sorrow , it is time to move up higher and move forward into my destiny .  My mind is clear and my path has been laid out before me , I am beginning to enjoy this new me and the all that God has prepared for me .

Walk by faith and not by sight , give it to him and let him make the difference in your life . It is time to make a change , release the stress so that you can accept that you are blessed!!!

Psalms 37 : 4 “Delight yourself in the Lord and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart”

Your day should began with joy and delight because this is the day that the Lord has made , let’s rejoice and be glad .  It’s a day we have never seen with something new to enjoy . There is no need to worry about yesterday because it has come and gone , never to return and never allowing you the chance to get a do-over.   We have to learn to stop worrying about things we have no control over because worrying causes sickness to the mind , body , and soul. Worrying causes bad attitudes and wrinkles , no one wants to be around you because ever word that comes from you is negative and dead.

It is when you can rejoice in spite of the circumstances around you that you become “victorious”. This is why the bible tells us to be happy in Jesus so that he can bless us beyond measure . Yes it is easier said than done but nothing great comes easy. Just remember when your mind is clear it doesn’t matter (I.e.mind over matter) . Victory is in your grasp just reach out and take it , take it by force with no regret , not looking back but straight ahead expecting nothing short of a blessing .

Get up and shake it all off , brush off your shoulders and stand tall because your victory has come .  Step up and claim your happiness , get your life back and put that smile back on your face. Shine bright and stay positive no matter what is going on around you , give it to God and leave it there .  Be Victorious !!!!

God keeps us hedged in from all hurt and harm each and everyday .  He also keeps us prosperous and blessed even when we think otherwise . There is nothing to hard for God to accomplish , all you have to do is trust and believe in him and all his promises will be given. Have you ever found yourself in a situation where it seems as if all hope is lost ? You found yourself in a place of despair and frustration, feeling like the weight of the world is on your shoulders . It is not until you stop and acknowledge his presence that you reach out to him and things begin to change.

God doesn’t make mistakes nor does he deny his children and rob them of blessings. As believers we must not loose site of who we really are . We are children of the most high and we seem to forget that all we need to do is come with a humbled heart and tell him about your troubles. He tells us in his word to cast our cares upon him because he cares for us , that means that no matter what is going on in your life he can handle it and pull you through .  There is nothing to hard for God that he says “Oh I am sorry your out of luck”. Jesus never fails , it is us that fail to let go and let him have his way.

As I said earlier , you must recognize him and realize he is in complete control . God will take you pain and make you prosperous , he can take the mess in your life and make you magnificent , take your troubles and turn them into your greatest testimony. God is a sustainer , providing strength to your spirit and hope to your life . He is so amazing and loving , a wonderful provider , protector , and Savior !!!

Always remember to keep him first , come to him with all you do and ask him to guide you . Even when it seems like your life is falling apart , just keep looking up and placing your trust in him. Gods got your back , he has it under control and there is nothing happening that he isn’t aware of .  Like your earthly father he only wants to ensure your well being and keep you protected . If you don’t have a personal relationship with God I suggest you began one today , you have nothing to fear because they joy of the Lord is your strength!!!

He has already worked it out ,  just remember to walk by your faith and not by what is going on around you . Once you give him complete access to you , he will make a way .

2 Corinthians 4 : 8 thru 9…………. We are troubled on every side yet not distressed ; we are perplexed but not in despair . Persecuted , but not forsaken ; cast down but not destroyed .

Life is filled with problems and let downs , we have misery and woes but you can survive .  Folks will always have something to say or pointing fingers at your past to try and sabotage your future . With God you can stand strong and be unmoveable like a tree that is planted in good rich soil where the roots have dug deep into the earth and no matter the storms that come you shall not be moved . Faith is the key to unlock the door to all you need to survive but you must first believe that the door shall be opened .  If you can get it in your mind that all things are possible when you believe in God and yourself .  As the old saying goes ” the proof is in the pudding” . Visualize the purpose and make it a reality .

In the book of Job God decided to allow the enemy to take a hold on Job and create all kinds of displeasure to his life . His children where killed , his cattle and servants as well , his wife turned against him and told him to curse God and die . And even though he was truly going through the worst time of his life he never lost sight of his vision . He placed his trust in God and held on to the promise . He said “tho you slay me yet will I trust you ” , now to me that is powerful because he was sick in his body and lost everything he had but he knew that if God allowed it to be then there was something greater coming . And guess what ? He passed that test and God restored all he lost 10 times greater than what he had before .

You have to speak over yourself with words of enlightenment , joy , peace , and love . The mind is a powerful member of your body so you must always keep God right there in the middle of everything you say and do.  The Lord is a strong tower where you can run to him and be safe and secure . Positive energy breathes life into your very exsistence , so keep your head up and your mind clear so that you can receive all that God has in store for you .

Consumed with everyday complexities will often take a toll on your body , spirit and mind . We forget to take a moment to stop the clock and breathe so we find ourselves caught in a whirlwind with no escape hatch. I noticed that when my mind gets filled to capacity I become anxious and extremely flustered which keeps me on the defensive line . To strong minded to ask or even accept help for the fear of feeling weak . This has got to be one of the dumbest life decisions ever because it makes absolutely no sense to reject help especially when you need it .

Lonely nights and desperate cries in the dark will go unheard because the people around you only see strength , never weakness . It’s ok to show a crack or two in your amour , it let’s you know your alive . Do not take the scars of your past issues lightly for with each wound you have another testimony of how you have overcome . These battle wounds give you strength to move forward and fight for a better you.

Surely you have heard people say  “stop and smell the roses” , well all their saying is take a moment to appreciate the beauty that surrounds you . Take a long walk in the coolness of the day or go to the beach and watch the sunset set . It is in these special moments that you are truly alive and all the cares of the world have absolutely no place in your life. Take a moment or two and just exhale then began to live again.

There are so many folks walking around in desperate need of a cleansing . They are so back up with past hurt pain and misery that they have become spiritually constipated.  I know that’s not a nice thing to say but the truth of the matter is we all have to release the tides that keep us spiritually bound.

The bible tells us that we must lay aside every weight that so easily besets you , meaning anything that has you out of sorts needs to be put out of your life. This could be your spouse children family friends work and so on . Anything that keeps you bound to it but has no beneficial value is pointless. Why are you holding on to past issues that no one else thinks about but you ? Walking around with that sour disposition face all twisted and lips tight while clinching your teeth together , are you in labor ?  What a way to live , never happy because having a grudge is common ground for you . If God is the soul purpose for your existence then why can’t we be like him and let it go !!!

Letting go of all the nonsense that comes with life is such an amazing feeling . Cast your cares on him for he cares for you and no matter what has happened in the past you can go to sleep in peace knowing the past can’t touch your future. Stop dwelling on it , release it and move on .

It is time to get your life back , it is time to be happy so go take a dose of Heavenly Laxative and let it all out . Create in me a clean heart and renew a right spirit in me . (Psalms 51:10 KJV)

Worrying about things and people is a tedious venture. Trying to get the approval of others for the sake of trying to fit in is exhausting. Longing to feel needed by others and meet their standards is time wasted and completely unnecessary . Some folks will never accept you or your accomplishments. They have absolutely no interest in your well being , so ask yourself why do you even care?

A sense to belong is a trick of the enemy that has no value to your soul. These people are used as pawns a distraction to keep you from seeing your full potential . You only need to believe in yourself and be your own number one fan. Stop selling yourself short trying to please those around you and began to exist .

Have you ever noticed that free spirited people as they have been label are always in a good place . They do not seek the validation of others to define who they truly are . Most people that always have a negative opinion of what they feel should and should not be are the happiest when those around them have troubles and chaos surrounding them. This is the only time they feel liberated. As the old saying goes : Misery loves company , and birds of a feather always flock together!

Never be in a hurry to share your inner most thoughts and secrets with others because everyone that claims the title of friend may very well be the reason you are stuck in NoWheresville. These folks use socializing as an open channel to prey on the failures of those around them .

Smiling faces sometimes are merely a disguise ……

Ask God to show you those people that mean to hurt you and keep you stagnant . Ask him to open your ears so that you can hear the deceit and to remove the blinders so that your view is clear . “Thou art a lamp unto my feet and a light for my pathway”. You will be surprised how many people really don’t care for or about you , right down to family .  Once the pathway is cleared your burdens will roll off and set you free. There’s no need to worry about it , joy comes sooner than you think just get prepared to SHINE !!!!!!!

Today is a brand new day with new possibilities . Take a deep breath and tell the Lord thank you for waking you up this morning and for also watching over you and your love ones as you slept.

Don’t worry about yesterday it has now become the past and your focus is the future . New day with better ideas a better outlook a better you.

You have nothing to fear nothing to worry about because holding on to the past slows your progression for a brighter future. You can’t change what you can’t change so stop focusing on dead situations people and problems . Yes there are things you must address but take it one day at a time do what you can in that moment and keep it moving .

Take no thought for what’s coming tomorrow , tomorrow will be there when you get there already doing what it will do ( Matthew 6:34 KJV) sufficient is today’s worries don’t go adding more to your plate. There’s no need to think about the troubles that have not even come into exsistence that’s exhausting and causes a lot of unwanted health issues and gray hairs .

As the old song goes ” Don’t Worry Be Happy”!!!
