Today I pray for a sound mind and a quiet spirit , may God take over my entire body and fill me with a kind and grateful heart . Help me today to remain in a good place where I see the negative but never gravitate towards it . Help me this day to be helpful instead of harboring a hateful demeanor so that I can be a blessing instead of a regret . May I keep my mind focused on good things and have a cautious attitude as I approach people today . Lord just wash over me and make me new , clean me up and make me useful , shower me in love so that I pour that same love upon those that I meet and I will be made perfect for you ….
